Easy Gluten-Free Slow Cooker Cabbage Soup
This gluten free slow cooker cabbage soup is a simple and
easy healthy recipe that is packed with veggies, dairy-free, and can be
customized to be vegan, paleo, or keto.

Servings 8 servings
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small white onion
- 4 cups green cabbage chopped
- 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup rice + 1 cup water or 1 10 oz bag cauliflower rice
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Brown the ground beef in the skillet, drain the fat
Add the ground beef and all other ingredients into the slow cooker (if using rice, be sure that it is completely submerged under the broth so it can cook)
Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours, or low heat for 6-8 hours until all the veggies are tender.
*Be sure to sub cauliflower rice to make it Paleo, Whole 30, Keto, or a THM-S.
