Smoothie Bowl
1scoopchocolate protein
1large handfulspinach
½-1cupunsweetened almond/coconut/ or cashew milk(to desired consistency)
½cupice
Toppings
½teaspoonchia
1teaspoonunsweetened shredded coconut(see notes)
1tablespoongluten-free oats(see notes)
½tablespooncoconut oil
½tablespoonalmond butter
Instructions
blend the ingredients for smoothie bowl base
top with chia, coconut, and oats.
Melt the coconut oil and almond butter, I microwave for 10-15 seconds. Stir to combine and drizzle on top.
Notes
Both shredded coconut and oats are highly likely to be contaminated with gluten.
