Ingredients

stew meat
(or roast cut into chunks)

beef broth

canned chiles in adobo sauce

apple cider vinegar

cumin

bay leaves
Instructions
Brown the stew meat in a frying pan
Dump all ingredients in the crockpot.
Set the slow cooker on low for 8-9 hours or on high for 6 hours.
Remove and discard bay leaves, remove the meat from crock pot and shred with 2 forks.
Add the meat back in and let it marinate in the juices for a few minutes until ready to eat
