1 ½cupcooked quinoa
1roma tomatodiced & seeded
¼cupbell pepperdiced
½cupblack beansdrained & rinsed
1tablespoonred onion
Dressing Ingredients:
2tablespoonlime juice
2tablespoonsalsa
⅛teaspoonsalt
1tablespoonchopped cilantro(plus more for garnish)
Instructions
