Chop the green onions (both white and green portions) finely
Peel and crush the garlic
In your food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, green onions, cilantro, and parsley. Blend on low until everything is chopped finely.
Add the olive oil, tahini, ¾ teaspoon of salt, and 3 tablespoon of lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth, adding additional salt and lemon juice if needed.
Cover and let chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure all the flavors melds together.
