This gluten free slow cooker cabbage soup is a simple and easy healthy recipe that is packed with veggies, dairy-free, and can be customized to be vegan, paleo, or keto.
4cupschicken broth(or vegetable broth for vegetarian)
15ozcan diced tomatoes
15ozcan tomato sauce
1cuprice + 1 cup wateror 1 10 oz bag cauliflower rice
2teaspoonminced garlic
2teaspoondried parsley
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in the skillet, drain the fat
Add the ground beef and all other ingredients into the slow cooker (if using rice, be sure that it is completely submerged under the broth so it can cook)
Cook on high heat for 3-4 hours, or low heat for 6-8 hours until all the veggies are tender.
Notes
