This recipe for Gluten-Free Chicken Fried Rice is such an easy recipe to throw together after a busy work day!
You only need a few simple ingredients and a skillet or wok
Helpful Tips
Use leftover rice
Use leftover meat - shred or chop into smaller pieces
Use frozen vegetables
Make it Vegan - leave out the meat and add in extra veggies
2 cups cooked rice
1-2 cups chopped chicken
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup chopped or shredded carrots
2-4 tbsp gluten-free aminos or gluten-free soy sauce/tamari
1 tbsp minced garlic & 2 tbsp sesame oil

How to Make 10 Minute Gluten-Free Chicken Fried Rice
Heat sesame oil and ghee in the skillet
Toss in the onion, minced garlic, peas, carrots, and any other veggies you choose

Add your rice, meat, aminos, and seasonings
Create a “well” and add the scrambled eggs
