Making this oat drink is simple, but there are a few crucial steps for ensuring it doesn’t turn out slimy or gritty.
Step 1: Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 1 minute.
Step 2. Strain the milk through a strainer or cheesecloth and discard the oat pulp.
Step 3: Store for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Hint: Be patient! Don’t press the milk through the strainer as that will make it gritty. If milk pools above the pulp in the strainer, discard and continue to strain.
