The basic ingredients of Original Cool Whip include water, hydrogenated vegetable oil, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, skim milk, light cream, sodium caseinate, natural and artificial flavor, xanthan and guar gums, modified food starch, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, sodium polyphosphate, and beta carotene.

So Delicious CocoWhip is another gluten-free and dairy-free alternative to Cool Whip. It is certified gluten-free and provides a light and fluffy texture similar to Cool Whip. This is what I personally use in most of my recipes!
