Filling:
- 1 large apple, peeled + diced
- 1 teaspoon sugar substitute that measures like sugar (I like Swerve) or coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble topping:
- 1 tablespoon almond flour. My favorite almond flour is Anthony's, and you can find it on Amazon here.
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened applesauce
- ½ teaspoon sugar substitute that measures like sugar (I like Swerve) or coconut sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
You’ll whip this all up in your favorite microwavable mug!

Made these with the roughly 2 granny Smiths that a friend gave me so I added about 1/4 to 1/2 more of everything except salt. Sooo yummy!! I also don't have any sugar substitutes so I just used brown sugar. Perfect for when it's too hot to bake like lately!
