If you are looking for the taste and texture of traditional egg noodles, the Double Yolk brand is for you. These are almost indistinguishable from their gluten containing peers! They are delicious, easy to cook and available in multiple widths to suit your preferences.
I also love that you can buy them in a 2 pack from Amazon so I always have an extra bag in the pantry.

If you need a gluten free egg noodle that’s also yolk free and kosher, Manischewitz gluten free egg noodles are a good option. They are available in varying thicknesses including wide and fine.
I recommend cooking these a little longer than it says on the directions to get them just right.

If you need a gluten and egg free alternative to egg noodles, the Gefen brand has you covered. Unfortunately they don’t get a lot of great reviews, especially when it comes to texture, but they are the only readily available egg free and gluten free option.
This is one of those brands I’d recommend starting with one small bag to try and then you can decide for yourself if it’s worth keeping in the pantry.
